Mariia Soroka

I'm a second-year Ph.D. student at Cornell, working on rendering and physically based differentiable rendering algorithms. I am advised by Steve Marschner and closely collaborate with Christoph Peters.

Before starting my Ph.D., I completed a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at EPFL. There, I worked in the Realistic Graphics Lab under the supervision of Wenzel Jakob. I did my Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics and Physics at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
